How can I get the best results from my candle?

It is recommended to burn your candles in 3-4 hour sessions. If you burn for less time, it is possible you could cause your candle to tunnel and not burn properly. Your wax should melt almost all the way to the edge of the glass. If you burn for longer than 4 hours, your candle may get too hot. You should also be sure to trim your wick to 1/4" prior to each burn, especially if you notice a mushroom-shaped carbon build up at the tip of your wick. 

 

How many uses can I expect from my wax melts?

Exact usage will vary depending on your specific wax melter. Typically, we recommend melting 1-2 cubes for 2-4 hours at a time. You can reuse the same melts several times before you need to replace them. Simply empty the wax tray once you notice the fragrance has faded, and replenish with fresh cubes.  

 

When will my order ship?

We do our best to have all orders shipped out within 2-3 business days of placing your order. Our ship times are also typically 2-4 days across the US. During the hotter summer months, however, we only ship out our candles on Mon-Wed. This helps ensure that your candles will not be sitting in a warehouse or on a transport truck over the weekend in unusually high temperatures that could cause your items to melt while in transit. 

 

What is your shipping policy?

All of our products ship for a flat rate fee of $7.95 anywhere in the US. Additionally, all orders over $50 qualify for free shipping. We currently do not ship internationally, but we are looking to expand our reach. 

 

What if an item is damaged in transit?

Our goal is your satisfaction. If your product is damaged upon arrival, please send us a message via our "Contact Us" form on our website within 24 hours of delivery. We will be happy to replace your product.

 

Can I return something if I don't like the smell?

Unfortunately, unless a candle is damaged or defective, we do not offer exchanges or returns based on personal fragrance preferences. 

 

Do you offer bulk discounts or custom candles for special events such as weddings?

We would be more than happy to work with you on custom candles for any occasion. We do also offer bulk/wholesale pricing with certain order minimums. Please reach out to us via our "Contact Us" form to get more information about your specific needs. 

 

How long will your seasonal scents be available?

As much as we love our Fall and Holiday scents, both of them will be done on a limited run only. Our Fall line is available from September through December, and our Holiday line is available from November through January. We will continue to add new and exciting fragrances throughout the year.

 

How do you ensure the safety of your candles?

Our entire product line is put through very thorough and rigorous testing. Wick styles and sizes vary greatly between different fragrances in our lineup. Every fragrance is tested with multiple wicks to find the best fit for that specific formula. Once a wick is selected, we perform multiple tests at variable burn times to ensure not only safety, but quality performance.
