Refund Policy
We do our best to protect your products during the shipping process, but with glass jars sometimes damage can happen. If your candle or wax melt arrives damaged or defective in any way, please send us a message via our "Contact Us" page, along with a picture of any damages. We will be happy to send out a new product, free of charge.
Unfortunately, we do not offer returns or exchanges on used or undamaged products.
